Cordon Bleu Chicken


“This meal is simple to prepare and delicious!” It’s one of my personal favorites! Hope you Like, Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe for Chicken Lovers!


INGREDIENTS:

  • A baking dish with cooking spray
  • chicken breasts, finely cut, 18 ounces (about 8 pieces)
  • Pork rinds, 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley (dry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dry
  • 1 tsp basil (dried)
  • 1 tsp rosemary (dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • A quarter teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, to taste
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • two eggs
  • 3 ounces (3 slices) 2 oz. deli ham halved and split (3 slices) halved and split Swiss     cheese
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) divided butter

 

DIRECTIONS

    • Préchauffer le four à 450 degrés Fahrenheit.
    • Using cooking spray, coat the baking dish.
    • Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap on a level surface. Pound the chicken until it’s approximately a 14-inch thick chunk. Remove from the equation.
    • Pulse the pork rinds into a fine powder in a food processor.
    • Put everything in a large mixing bowl.

Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the ground pork rinds.

  • Whisk together the eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Thoroughly combine the coating ingredients.
  • Establish a “breading” station: Arrange the egg wash, pork rind mixture, and prepared   Baking dish in this order.
  • Place a flat surface on top of each chicken breast. Add a half-slice of ham and a half-     Slice of Swiss cheese to each breast. with 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each.
  • Finish by rolling each breast seam-side down.
  • Dip one chicken roll into the egg wash, then cover entirely in the pork rind mixture, Pressing firmly to ensure the “breading” adhere. In the preheated pan, place the breaded chicken roll seam-side down. With the remaining chicken rolls, repeat the “breading” process.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the pan in the oven. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
