Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and roast while mixing it. As it hasn’t roasted yet, it just dried. Roast Is nice, tomatoes should cook completely, then only it will taste good. Pour some more water.

I’ve added approx 1/4 cup of water to it. Roast it while stirring it. Till it becomes dry again. The Masala has thickened. Roasted it for 5 minutes first, again roasted it for 5 minutes.

Roasted it for 10 minutes altogether. A very good aroma is coming. All the spices have cooked Completely. The masala is roasted. Now we’ll add water to it. You can add more or less water as You like.

I am adding 1 cup of water to it. I’ve added a cup of water. Now make exactly as we make it with Oil. We haven’t added salt yet, put 3/4 teaspoon of salt or as per taste.

Cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes, let it come to a boil. Open it, within 3 minutes it has come to a Boil and see, the texture is also forming. Now add paneer pieces to it.

Mix it well. Take fresh paneer for it. Add some coriander leaves.
Cover and cook it for 5 minutes at low flame. So all the spices mix with paneer completely. Cooked It for 5 minutes at low flame.

Open it, a texture has come on it and the aroma is amazing.
Stir it a bit. The curry is ready. Remove the bay leaves from it, their work is done. Remove them, And the cinnamon, The rest spices will be very tasty. Turn off the flame, and take it out in a bowl.
